Hi,
I am having a RH system (pcq) with sb live sound card.
I have installed the latest alsa drivers,
but
cat /dev/mixer shows /dev/mixer not configured
/proc/asound/sndstat shows mixer as SIGMATEL ac97*
and I cannot get sound output through xawtv ( avermedia vdomate ) which
appears to be perfectly configured otherwise
please help
