Hello,

  The most common cause for your problem would be the
DNS settings.  Make sure that you have added them.

  Which dial up utility are you using.  I recommend
using kppp (in KDE).  Just go to run program and type
kppp.  There you can set up your account info: and
also add DNS ip addresses.

  Check out the /etc/resolv.conf file also for
incorrect DNS settings.
