Dear all,
Shall I trouble you on a small problem which we face while using Eudora
type mail browsing utilities...
We have RH 5.2 server loaded on Intel platform. Our client machines have
either W95 or W98 and Eudora, MS Outlook type applications are used to read
and compose mails. But for the past few months I find that when a client
tries to send mails using the said utilities reject the request by
displaying a message "Server rejects: Error 551 we do not relay". Whereas
when the said utilities are configured with some other IP or server name as
SMTP server the mails are being sent by using the said machines. I tried to
rectify the problem by scanning through the sendmail.cf file etc but could
not do anything solid.
Can you bail me out...
With regards,
Yours
