Hi. The Trio3D is supported right from 3.3.5. I agree
u'll have to apply a patch and compile Xfree but u can
get away by just placing a simple Chipset line in u're
XF86Config, forcing X to treat it like a ViRGE/DX, as
both have the same 2D h/w. The only prob. with this
card is only DX, and no OpenGL - in oth' words a
winvideo card (a la winmodem ;-) And the 4MB max RAM
is a real PITA
