Thanks a lot for replying.Actually I am not using my Linux
Server as a local web server.What I am doing is that I am connecting to the
net with the Linux box via PPP.And in the Linux Box I am running
"squid2.2.stable4-8 " to share the connection among the 3 win95 clients.All
the clients have IE 4.0 installed.When connected to the net via any of the 3
win9x clients individually, they can nicely execute the Java applets in chat
sites like Yahoo or 123India.But the problem is when I have the connection
via my Linux Box and that connection is shared by the win9x clients,none of
the clients can execute the Java applets.But all the IE's in the clients can
perfectly exceute Java applets.I even have Samba2.0.5a in my Linux box for
File sharing with the clients and it is working properly.I will be very glad
if you can please help me on this one out.
