Hi Shanker,
Yesterday I installed SuSE 6.3 on one of the i810 machines at my friends
place. While installing SuSE detects i810 chipset and installs the 810 xserver.
The only thing I had to do manually was just change the symbolic link of X server to
point to i810 server instead of SVGA server. Another thing is creation of agpgart
device using mknod and adding the alias to /etc/conf.modules as specified by you on
your page.
However on Redhat 6.1 it's alltogether different story. I have not yet configured red
hat on
i810 machine.
