i use the CVS version. i think 0.16.4 has most of the features. if u have the processing muscle, turn on translucent window moving. put pager scanning to the max. and theme's are too kewl. I personally think that the cyrus theme rox. there is a cyrus theme for gtk and gkrellm too. blueheart is also pretty kewl. get the themes at e.themes.org. if u're one of the hardcore GNOMErs, get sawmill. sawmill kix e's ass anyday, as its totally in LISP, and uses gtk-canvas for its decorations. another thing which is _only_ in CVS is efm (E file man), which uses some very kewl imlib2 features, like anti-aliasing and translucency, by making _very_ effective use of the Alpha channel. I cant tell u more, as i'm on this system, which is running the SuSE 6.3 (trial), and this is too lame to give me the whole of GNOME (including E), and instead gives me only GNOME support libs. :=/ Nikhil. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- For information on this and other Linux India mailing lists check out http://lists.linux-india.org/
