got an i810e runing on redhat 6.1 :)
basically what i did was installed the kernel sources and modules of kernel
2.2.13 for the chip suse cd recompiled the kernel for agp suport . installed the
xfcom_i810 server added an entry for the /dev/agpgart with major and minor
numbers 10 and 175 then reboot and bob's your uncle by the way i had to replace
the system map as well as the kernel otherwise i was getting version mismatch
errors.
then how do i use multiple kerbnels. can i specify a system map file in
lilo.conf for each kernel that i want to boot ?
thanks Robin
