You're all on the wrong track! Using _any_ kind of solvent on a CD is
asking for trouble. I suggest you take the following steps:

1. Buy yourself a surgical laser (the kind used for eye surgery). This
shouldn't set you back more than a few lakhs.

2. Buy yourself an eye surgeon. This may cost a little more.

3. Place CD parallel to the line of fire of the laser.

4. Ask eye surgeon to bring laser closer to the CD until only the stain
is burnt off.

5. Use laser on surgeon before he sends you the bill.

6. Voila! You have a clean CD.

Now that we have exhausted every possible way of cleaning a CD, can we
move on to some thing more topical?????????
