Don't try to - painful !:-) Let perl's CPAN  do it.
RedHat seems to have something with thwir x.2 series. 5.2 was the most
stable one for a long time and 6.2 is otherwise holding up to the .2 legend!
The problem is due to a conflict with Lynx and the way url's are passed -
w/o protocol headers.

Will have to try there- it seems! Bugzilla is infested with messages some
