[LIH] HELP: Reading exchange folders with mutt

Like the subject says :(  Am stuck with using Micro$lut sexchange at my
office, and would love to read messages directly from my sexchange inbox
using pine or (preferably) mutt.  Currently, I can only post messages
using mutt :(

Can somebody help?
