Hi List, raju and shridhar
thanx , right now changing the conf files, made a /usr/local/apache as
mentioned in the manual and set the appropriate permissions as given
there, so as to enable a particular user to start httpd. first question,
what does setting 'User' and 'Group' to a particular uid and gid in
httpd.conf tantamounts to ? the user is explicitly starting this service
or the info is just used to change the uid ? secondly, how to add
modules if i have installed from a binary ?
regards
rajeev
