running into problem. want to install mod_dav with apache. we had apache
installed and running. now mod_dav can be inserted dynamically or statically.
first went for static linking , used ./configure of mod_dav tarballs , it
created a libdav.a in /usr/local/apache/modules/dav , next thing is to reinstall
apache with ./configure --activate-module=src/modules/dav/libdav.a , 'make' and
'make install'
.configure works fine , but make exits with this
'no rule to build target all '
secondaly,
to dynamically load it i need to compile apache with module mod_so , any kind
soul there , please tell me how to compile apache with this module , i am using
./configure , make and make install for installation.
