opl3 doesn't need an irq. 0x388 is the SB MIDI port.
MPU-401 needs the irq. pass it to that.

the MPU-401 is generally at 0x330. change the above 0x388 to 0x330. it'll
automagically use irq 9, or 2 if u've got a cascade on that.
