I don't think its really worth it. Although I have converted few
of my machines to 6.2. One of the biggest advantages is that a lot of
security holes (bind e.g.) have been plugged in 6.2. Now you can as well
get the same by just upgrading the relavent packages over 6.1.
In essence if you are already running 6.1, then there is little
incentive to upgrade. You can get whatever you want by just getting the
6.2 CD and doing an rpm -U.
If you are running any prehistoric version of RH < 6.[10], then it
makes sense to upgrade directly to 6.2.
One of the most important "wanna have" thing in 6.2 is sawmill
window manager. Its *neat*.

PS: BTW has anyone using 6.2 had any problems with "alias directories" in
apache? I found that just moving the apache configs from 6.1 to 6.2,
during which apache version bumps by 1 or 2 after the third dot, doesn't
do the trick - especially in case of alias+directory directives in (what
used to be) access.conf.

They're too busy worrying over what you are thinking about them.
