Hello Everybody,

In continuation with my squid problem, i have
mentioned the log file entries below. Squid proxy is
not at all starting. When i do a ps -a, the squid
process is not listed. Also when i give the command
to stop the proxy immediately after starting it, it
gives the message: No working copy found.

/var/log/messages has this

LINUX squid[415]:Squid parent: Child process634
started
LINUX squid: Write Failure --check your disk space and
cache.log
LINUX squid[415]:Squid parent: Child process634 exited
with status 1

The /var/log/squid/cache.log has this

StoreSwapoutHandle: Swapout Failure (err code=-6)
WARNING: Shrinking cache-dir #0 to 0 KB
diskHandleWrite: FD19: Disk write error: (28) No space
left on device

I think it is a memory problem. What is the solution?
Should i uninstall some files. The free space is
around 80 MB in / partition.

I am using RH 6.1 with 128 MB RAM. /etc/squid.conf is
the default file only with only the http port set to
the default 3128.

Please Help
