Have a look at /usr/src/linux/documentation for bttv, or download the source
from the link given . There are scripts there to make the devices in /dev
and other sundry things. However, Since 2.3.46/48 IIRC The V4Linux Modules
underwent extensive rewrites - at least the bttv portions and seem far
better - My card works better - it is based on bttv 878P+ on it, get kernels
later than that. If it does not work - the development kernel- BEFORE
2.3.99pre6 should do the trick.
