Hi,
I have this S3 Trio3D/2X VGA card in my machine ( i586 with Linux Red
Hat 6.1).
I installed the XFree86-4.0 binaries and tried to configure my X using
xf86config.
The database of the chipset doesnot have the chipset "86c368" ( for
Trio3D/2X )as specified in the documentation in XFree86 site nor does
the xf86config database have this card Trio3D/2x . It has only Trio3D. I
selected the Trio3D option but when I do a startx my X is crashing
Now how do I configure my X so that it works properly
