Hello folks

So far, I've worked with 4 distributions - RHL, Debian, Mandrake &
SuSE and in each of these distributions they have their own
administration tools, shrinkwrapped as "some"config. In RHL and
Mandrake, the tools like Linuxconfig @ Drakconf are IMHO somewhat a
pain being as inflexible as they are, SuSE's YaST has many features
I'd like to see other distros include in an admin package, but again
it is rigid. Probably Debian comes closest to giving control....

What I'd like to see is an admin tool which uses each task to be done
as a module, eg. if I want to add some new functionality, I write my
own module and it gets incorporated as an option in the
package...Maybe, that way, C & Perl mods can be shared across
platforms...Is there any distro which has such functionality in the
admin tool? If yes, are there pre-built mods available??
