Set the DS flag in sendmail.cf -- oh hell, you're running VM/Emacs on NT
right?

Metainfo makes a (paid) version of sendmail for winNT, or download Mercury
from http://www.pmail.com/dl (earlier only a mda, but now has its own
esmtp module), just 2 megs, freeware, easy to config ...
