Hello,
Further to that email that I posted awhile back about people
co-ordinating on maintaining an FAQ, and suchlike , and Arun's
replacement for FAQOMatic , and Thaths' recent email on
Guidelines/Rules, Here's the List of people who really replied, with
anything to say:

   Swapan Sarkar <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : Offered to maintain a
section of the FAQ on Localisation of Linux, WRT Devanagiri. Has Past
Experience -- Admin of http://hindi.50megs.com/

Jaidev Karant <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : Offered to maintain
"Display Problems and General User Problems" , to Quote him. Has
experience setting up SiS 6215 (!) -- Need I say more **grin**
Comment: He's on exams from right now, Until June, but wants
to help out, as much as he can.

   Ravikant K Rao <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -Me- : I can offer to write
about/maintain sections on, Linux on Laptops [ Though Werner Heuser is
-any- day far more experienced and his HOWTO is far more authoritative
;) ], Boot Loaders -- LILO/Grub , and other "Miscellaneous stuff"

Thanks to everyone who replied, and put in their
"little-something". By the looks of what's going on, **I** would say,
lets just go ahead and write up what we can/want to, post it to List
Admin/LIH itself, and get it incorporated into Whatever documentation
is on the LIH website. As the LKML says, "One Line of Code is worth a
million words" ... Lets just do that.

If anyone comes up with more interesting/viable
options/suggestions, please do email the list.

                                                                -- ravi
