Yes, I have.

It offers a neat and packaged interface for mailserver / dns
configuration, and starting/stopping services.

However, it is a security risk - _any_ domain control panel is a security
risk.  Also, it doesn't offer all the functionality of admin at the #
prompt.

It does all it claims it says _mostly_ - and it is an answer to such
admins.  It is also a security risk.
