Rohit,
You know you are making your emails less readable by writing Hindi in
english. I am going to suggest that writing in Hindi (when you are clearly
pretty good at English) is actually proving to be a detriment to you. Not
everyone of us reads Hindi (that too, written using the Germanic script)
[1]. So you might want to reconsider that.
If you have reconsidered and still think that writing in the Germanic
script is fine, at least use some transliterating scheme (like itrans) to
make it more readable.
