I don't think ImageMagick does this. Here are a couple of ways of doing
it:
1. Install a2ps (anything to ps) and run it on the HTML page. It produces
postscript. You can then use ImagaMagick or xv with command line options
to convert it to jpeg format.
2. Search http://help.netscape.com/ for 'command line options'. And use
netscape to print a HTML page to a postscript file. I think a2ps actually
uses this mechanism internally.
