While Thaths will probably set up the necessary filters at Wilma, it 
is _not_ the only option available to you. It is good practice to 
fetch the mail headers from your email server/pop addresses. You can 
then get only those messages you want. 

While it is alright to blame the person who sends out huge mails, 
knowingly or otherwise, it is better to be on your guard. Downloading 
just about any message from your mailboxes is both potentially 
harmful and insecure. IIRC, most major POP3 mbox provides have 
filtering capabilities added. You can set appropriate rules to your 
taste.
