I downloaded the patches from http://technet.oracle.com site. The patch file is there.
First
you have to register by filling the online form and than you get access to the member
area where
this patch file exists.
The file size is 6MB.
You can download JRE 1.1.6V5 from the following mirror. This is a very fast mirror :
http://linux.com.hk/mirror/blackdown/JDK-1.1.6/i386/glibc/v5/jre_1.1.6-v5-glibc-x86.tar.gz
I downloaded the above file (6MB) in 45 minutes which is quite fast compared to the
speeds
we get here.
