Run it by all means, if necessary. The pcqupdt script fixes a couple of
bugs in the resolv.conf configuration (only in the pcq cd afaik), installs
some DOSsy commands (adds dir, del etc to your bash-profile) and installs
the latest JDK.
If you want to run it, run it. It won't do any harm.
