To all Linux Gurus out there.
I am new to Linux Networking . I have installed Suse 6.3 Linux (which came
along with April CHIP-CD) on my 3 GB partition. I have my computer running
as a Backup Domain Server in our Window NT network. I have "D-Link DFE-538TX
Fast Ethernet Adaptor. I don't know how to configure it to my LINUX BOX. The
Floppy which came along with the adaptor has LINUX driver source code. I
tried to compile it using 'make' command but it gave me lot of errors. I
also tried to compile it using the command mentioned in the source code i.e.
gcc -DMODULE -D KERNEL -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O6 -c rtl8139.c.
Unfortunately this is also giving me a lot of error.
Please help me, all those Linux mullahs, out there.
