You don't need portmap if you're running an NFS server. In case you are,
( not a very wise thing to do out in the internet) use IPChains to restrict 
  the connects to specified IP address only.

edit your /etc/ftpaccess file and change the first line to :
class   all     real *

(i.e remove the "guest" and "anonymous" entries on that line.
