Wait for 5 minutes and see if netscape comes back with an error message
that it cannot find your local net server. If so then your DNS is not
properly set up. Check /etc/resolv.conf and also output of 'route' command
when offline and online. also check /etc/ppp/resolv.conf both online and
offline since this may be modified by pppd.
