Wait for RH 7.0 or grab Mandrake ?
PS- Just heard we can run kppp or gnome-ppp without starting X,
also if anyone has a Gnome Workstation he can run kppp from
the term( installed seperately), you wont get the interface ,but
all else works fine && vice versa for gnome-ppp
