Hi Ihave installed redhat linux 6.0 . i have got a network with IP address(192.168.100.4), > which is a server.when i try connecting to it by telnet ,i do login > properly.but when i try it with ftp it say's it can't . > what should i do so that people can make ftp connection to my > server. I am able to login with anonymous userid. but with real users it is not allowing. i used "userconf" to create user and added them to this ftp group. I have tried to modify /etc/inetd.conf file i found # at the beginning of the follwing line in is also removed. Can you please help me on this. help me how to configure it.
