[LIH] Netscape - proxy- how ?

Hi,
How do you set a proxy in Linux Netscape ?
I have RH6.2(PCQ) with Netscape Comm
Edit-Preferences-Advanced is supposed to have a proxy set up
option. I could not find it. What could be wrong?
