There are literally thousands of domain names that end in .de.  Let us take
the case of the domain name you mention.  We can safely ignore the www. 
What we have left is ci<something>.de  I would guess there would be
hundreds of these.

Best solution: Go back to Yahoo and search for terms related to the content
on the website that you like so much.
