For Pine equivalent key bindings, why don't u read the file
/usr/doc/mutt-x.x.xx/Pine.rc .
To start with the folder listing as a default, why try starting mutt as
"mutt -y". The y option can be used while working inside mutt also.
I was also a long term Pine user, be4 I jumped to mutt. imho Mutt is "hazaar"
better to Pine. But is takes some getting used 2..
