[LIH] Apache Webserver problem

I have a cgi script and a web form in HTML format.
I am using post method to submit the form.

While submitting I am getting the following error.

Method Not Allowed

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL
/umeshTest/cgi-bin/mail_form.cgi. 

How do I overcome this problem..
