How does the "ftp search" part happen? Does the app know of the most
popular FTP sites and its mirrors? Or do you have to feed it a mirror
list? Say, I want to download some piece of software that is not well
known but is present in a few mirrors around the world. How does the app
know what the mirros are?
Does the app use an open standard like archie? archie, unfortunately,
seems to be little used.
