If it is RHL 6.0 (I think the 2.2 series of kernels) or above, then you
should be using ipchains. The command to masquerade would be:
/sbin/ipchains -A forward --source 192.168.100.0/24 -j MASQ
I have really forgotten the syntax of ipfwadm ;-)
