AFAIK, quota can be implemented on a partition basis, so -
1) Put /var/spool/lpd on a separate partition
2) use 'edquota' to set quota on a per user basis on the print spool
partition.
I am not sure whether this is the correct way of doing this or whether
lpd itself has built in parameters for doing the same.
