i hav rh 6.1 and used to boot of the floppy with lilo in the 1 sector of
hard disk .now my bootable floppy has been corrupted an i dunt hav
access to anyone elses linux machine to make another but i can access my
linux files from windows.is there a way to copy some files needed for
booting from my linux system to make a bootable myself......
also would like to know while using loadlin to boot lin from win do u
require the exact vmlinuz file (eg vmlinuz-2.2.12-20) or jus the link to
it named vmlinuz only....
