[LIH] Tunneling through ssh.

Hi!

I have a daemon (written in PERL) running on a remote server. I want to
connect to that port (where the daemon is running) through PERL
scripts. But I need that to be tunneled through ssh. Is it possible?

Is there any PERL module available for the same?(not listed in CPAN).
