Put the hdparm line in the file /etc/rc.d/rc.local

jayant kumar saw fit to inform LIH that: 
>       By default HDD is initialized in 16 bit IO mode without DMA. I enabled 
>32bit IO using
>               hdparm -c1 /dev/hda
>       & tested it using hdparm -Tt /dev/hda.
