The earlier mail I had sent using kmail (SMTP option). If I try to send using kmail
(sendmail
option) it gives error saying that sendmail error.

The thing I had posted was just a part of mail sent to root by the mailer-daemon.
Following are the relevant contents of /var/log/messages after I tried to send using
Kmail :
