Hi

After
# rpm --rebuild msql-3.22..32-1.src.rpm
Binary rpms are created in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/ directory.
Install the rpms (rpm -i ) and then do
# /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql start
This should do.
