This mail is the continuation of the previous mail
I posted in the heading �what is this service local
.. �
I think the local service, which is getting
started, is �rc.local� when I checked �rc.local� I
found entry like �/sbin/modprobe *********� . So I
came in to conclusion that �local� service is started
�rc.local� now my doubt is why my modules
�/lib/modules/2.2.14-12/ipv4/�..� are not loaded using
modprobe . When I searched further I got that it
should have entry in �/etc/modules.conf �or
�conf.modules�. What type of entry it should have. I
afraid to change anything in �/etc/modules.conf�
before posting a query to the list .
What more I should to do for my modules in
�/lib/modules/2.2.14-12/ipv4/�� to get loaded
