I explored this option, but this sort of takes over the connection
bandwidth and stops me doing other tasks. What I want is that it
should update the pages I regularly vist, but did not visit say in a
particular session, in the background. Is there anyway to control the
% of the bandwidth that wwwoffle will be allowed to handle, so that
regular stuff is possible simultaneously.
