Run fetchmail in multidrop mode if you have multiple pop accounts

that is

user user1 with pass pass1 is user <local_user1> here
...
...
...
...

Or, use procmail to filter into each user's mailboxes.

VERBOSE=off
LOGFILE=$HOME/.procmail/proc.log
MAILDIR=$HOME/mail
SENDMAIL=/usr/lib/sendmail

#user1
:0:
*(^Reply-To:.*|^TO_)[EMAIL PROTECTED]
   /var/spool/mail/user1

repeat for user 2, user 3 etc etc.

As you are running fetchmail as root this is no problem.
