Hello:
Try this - Boot with 'ramdisk=0' parameter.
Lilo: linux ramdisk=0
This will disable ramdisk. Put this line in /etc/lilo.conf to disable it by
default.
ramdisk=0
and remove any 'initrd=' lines from it also.

>0 " when i increase the ram to 8 mb it boots up.
