Webmail and POP3 access at netaddress.com/usa.net are both chargeable.
However, I don't see what bearing this has on usa.net receiving mails
meant for a particular user.
All this stuff (webmail, pop3, forwarding etc) are _after_ usa.net
receives the mail meant for [EMAIL PROTECTED]
