Yes you can do it freely... Even www.lsl.com is doing the same 
thing... Atleast it used to do it.

Yes it does lose some revenue but the packages redhat is distributing 
has been made by thousands of coders who are distributing it freely 
i.e. Red Had never paid for the development of many programs they are 
distributing..

There are many value added features in official RedHat (most of them 
are useless for many) like a good installation guide and manual, 
Stickers ... and Online and Tele support for 30 or 60 Days. And also 
priority ftp updates..... maybe nore
